I’ve broken just about everything from my face to my toes and I gotta say the worst pain is the first piss after having kidney stone surgery, it’s like taking a brass bore brush that’s one size to big and ramming it down the head of your pecker and slowly pulling it out 🤯. But the ribs are a bitch.

Mike what you have done to your body over 30+ years cannot be fixed in one session of MMA. You have to have regular treatments. LOL
