I understand theres a bottom line because ultimately guys who are teaching these classes, it is a business/revenue stream. But teachers of any subject, at all levels in formal education, go through various observations and go to observe other teachers. The practice of peer to peer observation in education is an essential cornerstone for professional development. Yet because of the demand to make a $, it sadly is viewed negativelcompetition instead of your neighbor as a resource to both improve.
