The Everyday Sniper Episode # 35 Training Class Debrief
Mike and Frank are in Fort Morgan with shooter taking the first MHSA Training Detachment Class. We are sitting down, enjoying some beers at the hotel talking about the first 2 days of training.
Everyone is learning, enjoying themselves, and rapping about their experience.
Thanks to the shooters, thanks to MHSA and thanks for sharing.

Frank/Mike, would you say that most shooters are too conservative in their wind corrections? Would you recommend most shooters being more aggressive in their wind corrections? Do you notice a difference in how experienced vs new shooters make wind corrections? -Gary

@The Everyday Sniper : That makes a lot of sense. Thanks for clarifying. Sounds like a bottle of lighter fluid needs to be added to the range bag just as insurance. Thanks again!!

@kpat : Mine did but not really, I had mine out the entire time just absorbing the sand so much so even in the tent my laptop keys will not work at all I have to open my MacBook Pro to free the keys. Every other bolt open the trigger was fouled I blew it out and it was fine. A bottle of lighter fluid it’s back up 100%. But we’re talking 3 days solid of sand blowing with no cleaning between

Did I hear correctly that an AI went down due to sand during this class?
