When they say .5 or 1.5 and so on with the calculation, is that mils or another measurement ?

So I just finished shooting a local match and used y'all's wind method and man it helped me get first round impacts on several stages at multiple distances. It freaking works. I have a 6 mph rifle but I do get lost when mike said 5-1 to get the 4 mph gun. I did share this method to my buddy and he said it worked for him also. Kinda cool. I have been pretty good calling wind but now, man it's cool to have a NUMBER to wind Thanks again

What works pretty well is to go to the hornady web app. You can export it to an excel document and you can do some calculations based on its wind calls. Especially if you have already trued 4dof.
