The more I hear about these gunwerks guys the better I like them. I'm not a competition shooter for a lot of the reasons you guys talk about. I dont really want to get caught up in the gear race and I dont see me using some of the skills in the real world (hunting and target) so why waste my money? I'm going to see about going to the next gunwerks match, seems like a blast.

Always great stuff guys. Even my girlfriend loves it and is now asking when do we get to go shoot next.

Great podcast. I really like when you have guest on. Love the banter between military guys who came up through the same programs. Keep up the good work!

I've looked at implementing my own matches at my local range. We are limited to about 600 yards. Our Bay is only about 50 yards wide. One thing I've looked at adding is a tree stand... Only obviously not 30 feet in the air. I think this would give people a chance to shoot from a very confined space with limited adjustability. No bipod, sling only. Part of me says that's a good stage set up... But after listening to your recent pod cast (can't remember what exact episode), it almost sounds like a barricade stage. What are your thoughts?

thank you for everything you said about the guardian match Frank, Gary rocks and Guarding rocks. he'd done great things for my grandson and I owe him, and I owe you for the advice you have given me at the sniper's hide. Simper Fi.

Just had the chance to listen after reading a few forum posts. I am intrested in hearing more about the fundamentals and how to build positions with a minimalist mind set on gear. I think if MDs designed some stages to promote this concept it would be great. I wiuld also like to hear an expansion on the discussion on the reticle design.
